AN ORDER CREATING THE MUNICIPAL CLEANLINESS AND BEAUTIFICATION TASK FORCE

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Nagcarlan recognizes the importance of maintaining cleanliness, proper waste management, and the preservation of public spaces;

WHEREAS, there is a need to strengthen coordination among concerned municipal offices and barangays in implementing programs that promote a clean, safe, and orderly municipality;

WHEREAS, the creation of a Municipal Cleanliness and Beautification Task Force will facilitate the planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of related activities;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, [NAME OF MUNICIPAL MAYOR], Municipal Mayor of Nagcarlan, Laguna, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, hereby order:

SECTION 1. Creation of the Task Force.

A Municipal Cleanliness and Beautification Task Force is hereby created to coordinate and monitor cleanliness, waste management, and beautification activities within the Municipality of Nagcarlan.

SECTION 2. Composition.

The Task Force shall be composed of representatives from concerned municipal offices and other government units as may be designated by the Municipal Mayor.

SECTION 3. Duties and Responsibilities.

The Task Force shall:

Coordinate municipal cleanliness and beautification activities;
Assist in the implementation of proper waste management practices;
Coordinate with barangay officials regarding cleanliness programs;
Monitor the condition of public areas and facilities; and
Submit periodic reports and recommendations to the Office of the Municipal Mayor.
SECTION 4. Cooperation of Offices and Barangays.

All concerned municipal offices and barangays are hereby directed to extend the necessary assistance and cooperation for the effective implementation of this Executive Order.

SECTION 5. Funding.

The expenses necessary for the implementation of this Executive Order shall be charged against available appropriations of the Municipality, subject to existing accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 6. Effectivity.

This Executive Order shall take effect immediately upon signing.
